PostHeaderIcon BENCH PRESS Condensed – JUST the REPS, Man, JUST the REPS – FOG Workouts – Weight Loss Update

This is my Fat Old Guy BENCH PRESS Routine, CONDENSED, from three 15 minute videos down to one 12 minute showing with an update at the end of it. Very brief, very fast: Just the Reps, man, Just the Reps, lol. This is the Monday Bench Press Routine for the Week, and can also be done on Thursdays, if you don’t feel like doing the Push-up and Pull-up Routine. Whatever you wish is fine. If you don’t have weights, you might also consider doing the same, kk. ——————————————— I’m an fat old guy and a Senior Citizen who wants to get back into shape: Obesity sucks; being fat, old and out of shape sucks; dieting sucks; and who really feels like working out, especially at this age? But if you want a good laugh and someone to start out with, come with me and we’ll see what we can do. At 52 years old, I weighed 227 pounds (at 5’8″ that’s pretty fat) in the beginning of November 2011 (actually hit 230 a few months back, a new record, bah), so we shall see if I can shed about 60 pounds of that by summer. And believe me when I tell you that my way of dieting is not harsh at all, midnight snacks allowed, for I don’t believe in starving myself, lol. You have no idea how much changing one meal a day can do for you? Don’t settle with being overweight. You don’t need to join a gym to do a little something to begin your training: just a few weights; a bench press or ambition to do a push-up; maybe a pull-up bar or other basic workout equipment will get you going in

PostHeaderIcon In Front of God and Everybody: The Confessions of April Grace

If God wanted April Grace to be kind to her neighbors, He should have made them nicer! Growing up in the country is never easy, but it sure is funny—especially if you happen to have a sister obsessed with being glamorous, a grandma just discovering make-up, hippie friends who never shower, and brand new neighbors from the city who test everyone’s patience. From disastrous dye jobs to forced apologies and elderly date tagalongs, you’ll laugh ’til you cry as you read the Confessions of April Grace! Here are just a couple of April’s thoughts: On her sister, Myra Sue: “How anyone can be that dumb and still be able to eat with a fork is beyond me.” On senior citizen lovebirds: “What if they started smooching right at the table in front of God and everybody?” In spite of all the loony characters in her life, April Grace is able to learn from her parents as they share the love of God—to even the craziest of characters!
