This is my Fat Old Guy BENCH PRESS Routine, CONDENSED, from three 15 minute videos down to one 12 minute showing with an update at the end of it. Very brief, very fast: Just the Reps, man, Just the Reps, lol. This is the Monday Bench Press Routine for the Week, and can also be done on Thursdays, if you don’t feel like doing the Push-up and Pull-up Routine. Whatever you wish is fine. At 52 years old, I weighed 227 pounds (at 5’8″ that’s pretty fat) in the beginning of November 2011 (actually hit 230 a few months back, a new record, bah), so we shall see if I can shed about 60 pounds of that by summer.
